Japanese, a part of French. roots in Lyon.

 

Back in '93, involved with party organize team Life Force. They brought the culture from England and created Rave scene in Japan. 

At that time, Mikey had one kind of relationship with young talents in England such as the cult record dealer "DJ Nick The Record" and many others and took a big part of genesis of Rave scene in Japan.

 

His "Dedication" was first started as silk screen T-shirt line established in Venice Beach, California and eventually became recording project that had a developed out  the companionship with phenomenon "DJ Felix Dickinson"(UK) who is a founder of DISCO DUB.

 

In 2005, Dedication's first 12inch record "SUNDANCE EP was released from CYNIC RECORD(UK)  which was collaborated with world widely popular dance band "Cro-Magnon"(JAZZY SPORT) . Another new single was released right after from DFA Record(US) and got a reputation. He created a connection between world underground scene and Kamakura with music,art,surfin,skate mind.

 

Mikey also perform as a afro-drummer and joins recording or live session for DRUM RITUAL, JUZU a.k.a Moochy, and Nexus drum ensemble.

Recently, he travels world such as SPAIN/BASQUE, as a DJ with artistic mobile theater CINEMA CARAVAN 

and  also as a member of world widely popular label "Jazzy Sport".

He runs ”IVORY T-shirt&Graphic”and does live silk screen printing sometime.
